I didn’t go to the gym today. I got a good home workout
I didn’t go to the gym today but I still got a good workout at home. I think Fitness doesn’t have to be so restrictive. You can workout in the gym, in your home or just outside. Free yourself once in a while. The important thing is that you are doing something, TAKING ACTION.
When I workout at home I like to super set push and pulls, or upper body exercises with lower body exercises.
If the resistance is too light then I go explosive. Like explosive pushups or squat jumps.
